Overview
During National Palliative Care Week 2019, we invite you to this introductory-level session covering the key concepts relevant to the delivery of high quality palliative care.

With an aging population and increased burden of chronic disesase there is an increasing demand for palliative care services and the need for a greater understanding of palliative care for all health professionals .

This workshop aims to develop health professional’s understanding of a palliative approach and the integration into practice. With an emphasis on the provision of latest evidence, resources and toolkits.

Our events are aimed at increasing knowledge and understanding of palliative care for health professionals caring for any person with a life-limiting illness in all settings.

The education programs are facilitated by project officers in collaboration with expert palliative care clinical providers and health professionals. Tailored education to meet specific requirements is available as we continue to improve and develop our programs to meet the growing demand for palliative and supportive care education.
